Hi,
I'm finishing my gaming build and just need to decide on what model of graphics card. For monitors I have a 27" ultrasharp (1440p) and a 20" 1080p in portrait mode (might get a 2nd 20" in portrait mode for the other side too). I am thinking of getting a gtx770 and it is between these 3 models:

2GB vram 1.14GHz for $330:

4GB vram 1.05GHz for $370:

4GB vram 1.14GHz for $384:

Trying to determine if the more vram or overclock is worth the more $. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Well i was also looking for the very same answer and i have found that asus directcuii has the best cooler and least amount of noise.

About vram, i suggest 4 gb;
1- even bf4 (which i primarily play) is using 1900-2250 mb of vram on ultra @1080 single monitor. You are using 1440 and possibly a multimonitor setup

2- we dont know what the next game requires, what if it requires 2300mb? You want to lose your chance just with 300mb?

3- i know 4gb is unnecessary but i am not looking at it as extra 2gb, i am looking at it as extra few hundred megabytes which will save me.

P.s. I went for asus directcuii gtx770 4gb

Edit: if you cant buy asus gigabyte is as good as that.

BF4 doesn't use that much vram. Don't get 4GB of it, it's a waste of money because when the games will require as much as 4GB... the card will be outdated anyway. Go for your first option, that would've been my choice at least. I run BF4 at ultra just fine with only 2GB.

Well in Turkey there is a saying that the cheaper ones cost more in long run, and i cant afford to buy the cheaper one (or i am not rich enough to buy the cheaper one) so i cannot and suggest you not to risk it for 50 dollars. If we are wrong and games will not require 2gb+ vram, you are in for 50, but if they require more as we think, you will save hundreds
