I am hoping for some help building my first PC for as close to as possible to $700. I really need help with this because as i said i am very new to PC's. If you will provide me with possible builds that would be very helpful. I already have a mouse, keyboard, and monitor but will need a OS so please include that with it. Thanks in advance

I could sell you my old computer. IT runs great I can play the new batman in highest settings league of legends in ultra.

Here are the specs:
MSI 870a Fuzion
AMD Phenom II
Radeon 6770 GPU
8GB of Kingston Memory
750W PSU
Zantac Case with blue LED fans
Optical drive.

The only thing it doesn't come with is the HDD's I am going to keep them for my new build.
Let me know what you think.
