Triple display setup- 24 or 27 inch screens?

I currently have an HD 7970, and 3 random mismatched screens. I am thinking of upgrading to a GTX 780 ti, and I am definitely getting 3 new monitors soon.
I wanted to see what you people think, I can get 3 24" monitors for 400 usd, or 3 27" monitors for 600 usd. I'm not sure if those extra inches are worth the 200 dollars, and if they make any noticeable difference for the price. This is for gaming with eyefinity/3d vision surround. Opinions?

You should go with your first option which you would get more for your money. If you're sitting within 3' of your monitors you probably won't want something 27".
