New GPU advice/Help

Im looking at getting a new GPU and i'm unsure if the one i want/selected is the best choice for my system.
My current specs -
AMD FX-6300
Corsair H55 cooler
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
Radeon 7750HD (1GB)
8GB Ram
1TB Seagate HDD
120GB Kingston HyperX SSD
Corsair CX750W PSU


I'm pretty much made up on getting a nvidia GTX780.
Or would I be better with one of the non-reference R9 series?

Going from a HD 7750 all the way up to a GTX 780 could bottleneck your system. I would look at the 280x , 270x and 270 also the GTX 760 and GTX 770.

I do plan within the next 3 or 4 months to get the AMD FX-9370.
I may be doing it all this month, it just depends on a few factors!

How do i make the jump manageable for my system? Is it as simple as upgrade the CPU at the same time?

If your going to upgrade the CPU then you can go with the GTX 780.
