Try to save on the motherboard and try to get a GTX 770.

Your memory only runs at 1333 MHz, i would suggest getting 2x4gb that run at 1600 MHz and above as it won't cost you that much more.

If you will be video editing and gaming too. Then you are better with fx 8350. It's better in video editing and will give you gaming performance as good as 4670k in the future, and maybe even better. You should get a 1600mhz or higher frequency ram if you wan't to edit videos. It will be helpfull.
Rest all is fine considering the budget.

If you are editing videos, an i7 would be better. And go for a 2*4gb 1600MHz memory kit, should be cheaper than buying individual modules

Thanks for the response everyone, changing the ram to 1600 mhz is a good idea, but as far as a processor goes, an i7 would be too expensive for my budget and video editing wont be done frequently (probably one or twice in a month) and FX8350 gets pretty hot doesn't it?

AMD products are known for running hotter but with an aftermarket cooler its nothing to worry about, but personally i would stick with what you've got.

You should change your memory to 2x4gb as RAM works better in pairs. Also you are buying an unlocked CPU so therefore im assuming you want to overclock it, you need to buy a motherboard with the Z87 chipset to do this. Try this http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/2GbtT
