You should get either a 280X or a 760.

There are lots of monitors in this world and most of the time it's personal preference over which one you want. Read up on some reviews on monitors depending on what type of use you want it for.

Spend less on the motherboard, drop the sound card, get an i5 and half the RAM (and put to 1600mhz CL9 if not already), spend the cash you saved on a beefier GPU. Put your cash where it matters, overclocking the tar out of your CPU will net you a tiny performance boost over a moderate overclock, and the additional RAM capacity and speed even less so. Sinking $100 into a better graphics card is a much better way to increase performance for your money.

Ideally you want dual high end graphics cards to properly drive a 5760x1080 setup, I have a single HD7970 (same as the 280X) on triple screens and it can chug in moderately intensive games. So you don't want to try and run it on mid-range cards.
