How to make 720p HD on 1080p screen? Please help.

I have a ViewSonic VX2270-Smh LED Widescreen Full HD Monitor - http://www.viewsonic.com/us/vx2270smh-led.html

When I play this YouTube video, http://tinyurl.com/ok5sffy at 720p(Which is the highest Resolution) on my 1920x1080 screen monitor, it isn't HD. And it is really frustrating because I can't see the scoreboard as clearly as I would on HD

May I know what can I do to watch that or any 720p videos on HD on this monitor?

youtube would use higher hd if your internet connection can handle it. what is your internet speed?

LEDs have a Native Resolution. Yours being 1920x1080p.

When you watch or display content below that Native resolution (1280x720p Youtube Videos), The result is a slightly blurred image.

For youtubers who only supply 720p Content, Im usually forced to watch said videos in the Large Player to maintain the image quality

It has nothing to do with internet speed. It's about the video's highest video quality being 720p and not 1080p.

LEDs have a Native Resolution. Yours being 1920x1080p.

Actually my monitor can go beyond 1920x1080. It is at 1920x1080 because after I installed the GPU's drivers etc and restarted the computer, the screen shrunk to 1920x1080. Is this because of the 'Native Resolution' that you mentioned? Is there a way to adjust the screen size to larger than 1920x1080?

Also, are there any other ways to watch the video in HD than watching it in the 'Large Video Player' ?

PS. I went to 'Personalize' and it states that the screen's MAX is 1920x1080.

Yes it does. My internet speed is 94-100mbps.
