Possible Crysis 3 Easter Egg?

I was at the level where you destroy the dome and then there is water everywhere, but then as soon as the water takes me to a part of the map and I go straight ahead, I found a mask with a smile, and by curiosity I tapped 'F' on the keyboard and then the mask disappeared and everything was blurred in the screen and colorful, like I smoked marijuana or something. Has anyone found it too?

lol it was real, i saw the mask, used and the game gets blurred for a few seconds and then it comes to normal
