Mobo buying help

I'm looking to buy the new Kaveri 7850K and these are the mobos I'm looking at pairing with it, I'll attempt to put the list in descending order of my favorites:

these two motherboard as best for overclocking and other aspects. My first choice is The ASRock FM2A88X Extreme6+

Thank you for the answer. I was hoping for more replies. but I guess I expected too much lol.
The only think that threw me off from the AsRock mainboards were that some people reviewed that the VRMs & Mosfets were getting hot, and I think one or two said theirs exploded. Plus, a lot of people have said AsRock's support really is lacking to put it nicely. I do however like the features of the boards, but wondered if going with Gigabyte or Asus was a safer bet.
