Triple screen on a HD7750 with 3 x monitors with VGA / DVI only?

As per title, is it possible to setup 3 x monitors that only have VGA or DVI inputs on a Sapphire HD7750 that has 1 x DVI, 1 x HDMI, and 1 x displayport outputs.

I have done a bit of research but am a bit confused, some seem to say yes others no.

Have read that the HDMI and displayport can't be used together?
Another option I have seen is 2 x monitors from the DVI (1 DVI and 1 to VGA) and the 3rd on HDMI
If this is correct, what do I need to run 2 x monitors from the DVI?

For three monitors, you'd need:
- active adapter DP to DVI
- cable HDMI to DVI
- cable DVI to DVI
