Hello, I have been having trouble getting a clear picture coming from my PC on my Samsung syncmaster p2570 Monitor. I have an Hdmi cable running from My radeon r9 270x graphics card to the monitor's only HMDI input. The picture quality looks perfectly fine connected through DVI.

The picture looks like you were looking at a scan of a photo. Color is bad and images/text are not sharp

PC-HDMI- Vizio TV works perfectly

Tried:
- Switching HDMI cables (used cables that work fine with my PS3-Vizio/ PC-Vizio TV)
- Updated graphics driver
- set Pixel format to RGB 4:4:4 standard (full RGB)
- resolution and refresh rate are at 1920x1080 60hz
- set up with a HD5570 graphics card/ PS3 and results are the same

I have a feeling the monitor is having problems accepting data from HDMI because I don't understand how my DVI picture quality is better than HDMI

DVI is more suitable for computer monitors. Why not use DVI?

I have the same problem but I think the driver setting for hdmi isnt right because as soon as I uninstalled the driver it looked just fine but you need a driver to run the games, its wierd how dvi is better than dvi but i use dvi anyways.
