i i want to know if thermaltake water 3.0 performer or pro are louder than the stock itel fan at the lowest possible speed(to cool the cpu at stock 3.4 while playing games like far cry 3) and if so by how much and is the thermaltake nic c5 a better choice in term of noise ? they will cool the i5 at stock no overclocking. the cpu is not unlocked

these coolers are the only two i can get in my city so sadly i can't get any other one

If you arent overclocking then honestly just stick with the intel cooler. no need to get a water cooler or anything that costs more than $30 for that specific processor since it isnt unlocked

so if you need one of the two, go for the thermaltake

the cpu reaches temps above 80 and even 90 in prime test and so i need a cooler and these two are the only available ones

my bad, saw water and immediately discarded the first one as a choice for not overclocking. Go with the NIC c5, as it will do the job, probably bring the temps down to around 70 under load, and will cost much less
