Gtx 560ti temp question

I have a 560 ti and its sitting around 40 at idle with two monitors, one is at 1600-900 and the other 1080. Now i hear people getting around 25 and such temperatures. What is wrong here? I have 3 case fans (2 inlet 1 exhaust) 2 of them are corsair and one is cooler master. I know these temperatures wont damage the GPU or anything I'm just wondering whats wrong. The fans on it are at around 40% as well so its quite loud.

Mine sits at around 40C idle with 40% fan usage and will hit 78-80C in BF4 on Medium Settings. I've never cared to try to get it's idle temp down.
