To bad you're not willing to overclock, with that motherboard and a nice cooler you should be able to get a nice boost.

Even so i first only would upgrade the gpu to a r9 270(x) or a gtx 760.

This;"2*Kingston - 4096 MB DDR3-1339 - Dual Channel"is 2x4gb? otherwise maybe a ram upgrade too.

If you wanted an upgrade for the cpu you could update the bios of this motherboard to the latest version and get a fx 6300 or a fx 8320.

But my choice would be overclocking the cpu and getting one of those gpu's.Even when not overclocking i would go for one of those gpu's.

Thanks for the replys,

sorry for asking but what is wrong with my mobo ?

This;"2*Kingston - 4096 MB DDR3-1339 - Dual Channel"is 2x4gb? yes that is 2x4gb

i thought of updating my bios and then buy a fx6350 would that be an okay upgrade,
and maybe a new gpu alongside it but which one would be a candidate ?

Again like i said is the bios update possible and the cpu upgrade too than.

I was looking at something like that,

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($116.97 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $296.96
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

I would try it with the am3 1045t first though.

I'd put almost all the money into a new GPU, but, you haven't listed your PSU want to assure it's up to the task....

I'd get a nice Cooler Master 212 EVO CPU cooler, and OC that 1045T hard...

Im using a Corsair tx650 Watts
would that be enough to run the HD 7870 ?
or what about a geforce 670 ?

i could give OC a try again, but it depends on a guide specific for my cpu as im bad at it. and what would your max be for OCing it

That is a good power supply so you don't have to worry about that.

For overclocking the next to read,

Within your budget there is room for a gtx 760 and a nice cooler,

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card ($239.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $289.98

i assumed that there will be room for a 120mm fan and thus in your case a cooler.

for a good air cooler,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc12...
the next is 150mm tall if you don't have a nice wide case,

I will read into the guides when i get home from work thanks.

well i can see the first cpu cooler is for liquid cooling and i use air.

i was thinking of buying the Cooler Master 212 EVO CPU cooler would that one be good for OC too?
as of GPU the 760 looks very promising.

and im using a NZXT Apollo case, but im looking to invest in a tower the following months maybe

I would really look at the Phanteks PH-TC12DX since you have the money,it's better.Look at the next review and specifically the overclockt prime95 results,
