My current set up is:
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
Memory: 32768MB RAM
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX
PSU: 800 watts
Chassi: Cooler Master HAF X

My processor keeps getting over 60c when it is used by games, currently have the stock cooler, but thinking about getting the "Cooler Master CPU Hyper 212 Evo", is that a good choice?

I keep having issues with my current GPU, it won't let me start some programs unless a change in the drivers have been made from starting the computer to starting the program (like downgrading and then upgrading again or just downgrading or just upgrading), for some programs then not even that truly helps and it will randomly give me a green screen. So as I have found no solution I decided that I probably should abandon AMD and upgrade myself to a Geforce GTX 770, tho I am still uncertain. I mainly use the computer for gaming. I may also use it later for (game) programming.
I am also stuck between Palit and ASUS if I decide to upgrade my GPU.

Oh get MSI then. Palit is not so much as a good brand as MSI,Gigabyte and Asus. Gigabyte has three fans, Asus has the better capacitors and MSI has the best design and fan technology

The PSU is a Corsair PowerSupply GS 800W Gaming Series 80 Plus.

So,
1. Is it worth buying a GeForce GTX 770 and using it instead of my Radeon HD 7770?
2. If so, which is the best, Palit, Gigabyte or ASUS? (ASUS costs 500 SEK or little over 46,5 GBP more than Palit)

EDIT: I saw that Gigabyte is 100 SEK cheaper than ASUS so it is possible as well. They are all 4 GB versions.
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB
Palit GeForce GTX 770 Jetstream 4GB
ASUS GeForce GTX 770 4GB DirectCU II OC

Well, Palit is actually the cheapest of them, but isn't there some differences in performance, cooling etc.?
Putting the top 4 in order of price from cheapest to most expensive (prices are not exact):
Palit - 288,33£
MSI - 303,26£
Gigabyte - 325,76£
ASUS - 335,09£
