Firstly learn how to frmat your posts so they are readable

Then use pcpartpicker.com

and then rethink the build .
4670K
mb
2 x4 gig of RAM
and a powerful graphics card . Radeon R9 290 , maybe . Definitely not the older gtx 660

No need for the water cooler . unless you have plans for extreme overclocking
WD red hard drives are not for desktops . They are for NAS

and you wont need a 750 watt psu either

I am in agreement with Outlander.

If this is for gaming you have put too much into the CPU.

- Get an i5-4670K and perhaps a cheaper motherboard

- You have listed the Cooler Master hyper 212 EVO and the Corsair H100i in there. Both are CPU coolers and unless you want to do really hefty overclocking (which wont improve gaming performance much) I would stick with the 212 EVO.

- Use the saved money for a better GPU.

Ok, so I went back through everything I have both the r9 290 and the r9 270x the r9 290 was more but is it better than the 270x? So now I just need to change to an i5-4670K and a different motherboard. I acutally thought the i7 was the better choice.

EDIT: Misread your post.

Yes the 290 is better than the 270x by a decent margin.
