Hi all. I'm experiencing an issue with my monitor randomly losing video input. After the monitor loses signal the monitor will go into a sleep mode. This issue seems to happen when my computer has been idle for 30 minutes to 2 hours while I'm not at my desk. The keyboard is still functional but will not "wake" the monitor up. My computer seems to still be at the desktop when the video signal is lost. I currently have my computer set to high performance mode in the power saving settings. I turned off the autosleep functions for the monitor and computer in the control panel, so neither the monitor or computer should turn itself off. The only way to get my video back is to push the reset button on my case since I'm not very good at navigating Windows blindly. The motherboard and graphics card are both new. I tried changing out the monitor with a different monitor, but the problem persists. I have the latest video drivers, BIOS, and mobo chipset drivers. In short, the monitor randomly loses video input, and the only way to get my video input back is to reboot my computer by pressing the reset button on the case.
My specs are:
Corsair HX 850W PSU
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 motherboard
PowerColor ATI Radeon HD 7950 (at stock settings)
AMD Phenom II X4 975 Black Edition @ 3.6 GHz (stock settings)
G. Skill Ripjaws 8gb RAM (1333 MHz)

Additionally, I looked through the Windows Event Viewer for errors relating to the problem and have not found anything that sticks out.

Here are some screenshots of what GPU-Z is reporting:

The monitor is straight out of the box and this issue was happening on my older monitor too.
