Having some slight annoyances, nothing to big of a deal.

Biggest thing though : im able to turn my pc on from shutdown on any key press on my keyboard, or left mouse click

I am wondering how i turn that off.
I am also wondering how i turn off whatever is keeping my USB devices still powered on.

Im new to motherboards.
I checked EUP its set to disabled

Would it be because usb is set to partial initialization rather than disabled ?
I also have fastboot enabled and am on windows 8.1

ErP nees to be Enabled in UEFI if you want to try cutting power to USB devices during standby. How well that works varies from PSU to PSU. The Corsair AX series for example will cut power to the 5V rail via a relay with ErP enabled - other PSUs may leak enough current for the USB devices to stay active. You can try it and see what happens I suppose.

USB initialization is related to device detection during POST. It helps speed up POST time by not detecting all ports/devices, so no what you are asking is not related.

You can read this link for the other stuff you've asked.

I have a CX series PSU, does that support it?
And if it does where under UEFI is it?
Believe my bios revision is at least above 2k for this board

And i completely forgot about those Allow devices to wake pc things lol

Nevermind found it

For those who run into this problem on the board its under Advanced Mode > Advanced > AMP > ErP Ready
