Can you play Minecraft with the following laptop without 'Lagging'?

It might not be able to. There are a few reasons why. This is a 1.9ghz amd. 1.9ghz is pretty slow and being an amd makes it worse. Because amd cpus need to be a higher frequecy because it has less power than intel. See if you compare one amd for 200 dollars u would get 4.4ghz 8 core. This is about the equivalent to an intel for 200 dollars that gets you 4 cores and 3.4ghz. This doesnt mean that intel is more expensive, it just has better power. Also this laptop has only 4gb of ram. Mine has 16gb and still only runs mc at around 25fps or so. This is also because it is a laptop and not a desktop. Laptops are made unlike desktops because desktops have bigger fans therefore more power. Laptops have smaller fans therefore less power. To sum up: Your laptop could run minecraft at around 20fps if you decrease your video settings, get optifine, and run in windowed. It could though, be one of those laptops that is a surprise and gets around 35-40fps. You never know. If you found this helpful please select me as your best answer
