when you say "plays" ultra do you mean functions at 640x480!!? GT640 is worse than a low end $90 7750.

This is a nice build, but I'm not sure if the 270 is able to run games on ultra :/

razer fanboy, if you dont think the 270 is enough, go with a 270x, its equivalent to an overclocked 270 and is only a little more expensive.
