is my build good enough for gaming? i will mainly bbe playing World of tanks and warthinder, but i wil also play a little bit of bf3 or bf4 and starcraft. I want your guys opinon. Thank you, here is the build:

Your cpu/gpu balance is good.
some thoughts:

1. 4gb is ok, but make that a 2 x 2gb kit so you can run dual channel.
Ram speed is unimportant. if 1333 or 1600 is cheaper, go with that.

2. 500w is fine for a psu for a GTX660. But, coolmax is a tier 5(not recommended, replace ASAP) unit on this list:

The only budget psu that is a decent tier3 unit is Corsair
Whatever you do, do not buy a cheap psu.

If your BF3/4 games are single player, I think you will be doing as well as you can with your budget.
Multiplayer with lots of participants tends to become very cpu intensive.
