Yes, its a worthwhile upgrade.

The gtx 770 is basically a gtx 680 boosted up a bit (5/10% better), and you can see the difference in game benchmarks between the 6950 and the GTX 680:

Should be, but it can draw about 70w more on load than your 6950.

What model PSU is it? do you have the 12v amp rating?

If it is cooler master silent pro series then it is fine but if it is any other series then its better to replace it with corsair or seasonic 500-550watt like this one

12V1 is 10A (assuming this is for the mobo, SATA, etc.)
12V2 is 18A (assuming this one is for video)

Looks like I would have to upgrade as it doesn't seem to be able to withstand loads above 450W too well... oh well.
