So I currently have a Phenom II X6 1090T Processor which has not been overclocked. I'm looking to keep it as I'm under strict budget and was thinking of upgrading some components for future compatibility and solid gaming.

CPU Cooler: Rosewill RCX-Z1 57.2 CFM Ball Bearing CPU Cooler ($19.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock 880GMH/USB3 Micro ATX AM3 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($45.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 460 768MB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master Elite 310 ATX Mid Tower Case ($82.58 @ Amazon)

What you guys think of the upgrades? I'm content with sticking with the Phenom II. It has definite life left and I will overclock it. I'm going with the AM3+ motherboard for future compatibility. The card I believe is a good mid-range GPU. I may upgrade the case in the future as well...

Any issues or recommendations? Thank you very much!

For about the same price as the GTX 660, you can get still the HD 7870 which is a bit faster than the GTX660
