Hi, I want to upgrade from my current board am3 to a new MSI 970A-G46 but I will be using a AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE @GHz and now I will list the components of my current pc.

SSD 160GB Intel 320
2tb WD
500GB 2.5 inch drive (2)
Amd Phenom II X4 965 BE @3.4Ghz
600w PSU
GTX 560 TI twin frozr II
6Gb DDR3
MOBO Asrock n68 vs3 ucc (cheapest board I can find at the time I build my pc LOL)

*In the manufactures website is not listed as compatible CPU the 965 BE since its TPD is 125w and the motherboard is listed as only 95w support :??: but anyway I took the risk and today its been a whole year working with no issues on this mobo running with the 965BE.
Im using hyper 212+ for cooling with 2 fans and +2 fans for the case which is a Thermaltake v3 black.
