Will adding a slower ram, slow down all the system, or just "add" will not create any downside?

Hello! I have a gSkill F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH 4x4GB RAM.

The latency of this ones is: 9-11-10-28-2N
1.65v

I am planning to add 2x4GB CML8GX3M2A2133C11B Corsair .

The latency of this one is: 11-11-11-27
1.5v

Is this a good decision or since it is slower than the one I have, will it slow down all the system?
FYI the mobo is a X79-DELUXE and the processor is i7-4930K.

Thanks in advance

If going to try and mix sticks (especially 1866 and up) it's best to at least get sticks with matching spec timings/voltages. To run the two sets at 2133 would prob have to loosen the timings to match the weaker Corsair sticks which may cause a lack of stbility in the better Ripjaws sticks, will also probably have to make some adjustments in the advance timings
