Overclocked GPU temperatures

Hi, I've recently overclocked my Asus EAH5770. It currently runs at 28c idle and 45c under full load and i was wondering if these temperatures are acceptable? If so what temperatures would you consider me maxing at? Thanks.

Those temps are very good!
Gpu's can comfortably max out at 80c no problem.

Okay i will continue to overclock the card, what is the optimal temperature you would suggest? 80c seems rather high.

I rarely go above 60c max when I'm gaming.
