I am having problems with my PC and I hope to get some feedback about possible solutions to fixing my PC ASAP! THANK YOU

My PC just encountered some problems. My PC was working fine the other day, but when I was at school, my brother called me and told me that my computer would turn on, monitor would not go past the motherboard screen and automatically turn back off.
so I told him to unplug the power cord from the PSU and hold down the power button for 30 seconds and then plug the cord back into the PSU and power it back up, but this time it would not work.
The first thing I thought it might be was the PSU, so my brother switched my PSU with his and he told me that it booted up and got me another PSU, but when I came home and powered it up, I noticed that my PC would not work properly, it would boot up and the PHASE LEDs would stay lit and my monitor would not display anything. The PC would just stay on (no beep) neither. I went to put the PSU that was in my PC in my brothers and saw that it worked properly and I thought it was odd, then I tested my RAM in his PC and that was fine, as well as the graphics card and CPU.
Could it possibly be that my motherboard is bad? I want to know.
