Hey guys, i'm not a total noob at building PC's but need to know if my current PSU will support a graphics card or not. I am not very good with calculating the psu specs to know all details of the psu. Here is the psu i have that currently powers an ecs gts250 512mb gpu.

I know it is kinda older but i'm on a tight budget due to rebuilding my house. Here is the card I am upgrading to..... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125443

Again, i'm on a budget so I cannot upgrade alot. I know evga says theirs require 12v rating of 24 amps minimum, and mine currently has 2 12v rails with one at 23 amps and the 2nd at 26 amps. Any help is greatly appreciated. My pc specs are: Phenom x4 9850, 4 gb gskill ram, Ecs Gts 250 512mb, asrock k10n78m-pro. Also running WD 320gb sata hdd, WD 160gb sata hdd, and a 250gb ide seagate hdd. But plan on getting rid of one hdd. I am alson getting a new tower as my current mid-tower will not hold a graphics card of that size.
