Hi everyone!

Here's my issue. I have an E8400, eVGA 750i FTW MB, had a 9600GSO, 4GB DDR OCZ Ram.

It was sitting for about a year, booted it back up and I was getting extremely slow frame rates. 10-15 on 3DMark11 and the video is even choppy when watching youtube.

Purchased a new eVGA 650 video card, thinking thats the problem and it's the same exact thing. 10-15 FPS on 3DMark and low frame rates even on youtube.

I've uninstalled, cleaned, and re-installed drivers. No onboard video to turn off so thats not the issue.

Anyone else know what it could be?

BTW, I am running Windows 7 Ultimate. Thanks everyone.

Unfortunately your problem is bottlenecking. My guess is it's probably the RAM, personally if I was in your situation I would build a new PC, from what it sounds like you use the computer for everyday work and leisure, I would suggest getting an i3-2330, a cheap mATX motherboard and 4gb of DDR3 RAM, this will be great for what you want to do at quite a cheap affordable price, if you want to put together a parts list for a new computer try using www.pcpartpicker.com.
