I'm configuring a gaming PC but can't decide on which graphics card to go for, either the -
3GB EVGA GTX 780 Ti SC
or
4GB XFX Radeon R9 290X Boost

I know the Radeon is less expensive but cost isn't a real issue, any advice/opinions would be much appreciated?

Thanks

What resolution are you playing at?

the 780ti is the fastest single GPU available right now, but there are some games at high resolution where the 290x pulls ahead.

I'd go with the 780ti then, evga is a better manufacturer than XFX.

Thanks for your reply, was kinda leaning to the 780 anyway.

My next question is that they are offering two different versions, the EVGA GTX 780 Ti CS or the Palit GTX 780 Ti Jetstream, do you know if there is much difference between them?

Thanks again

Well I know EVGA very well and they make amazing products. Palit is more of a UK product, but I hear they also make good stuff. I'd go with evga as I know the company and they have great customer support.
