Need help updating BIOS for AMD

I have a AMD FX-4100 processor and the BIOS needs updating, I've searched the AMD site for about 3 hours now and cant find where to update my BIOS. if someone could please help me out that would be great. I'm very new to the subject so I'm not sure if I'm missing what i should be doing in plain site or not.

Right so i got 3 files by downloading and extracting the latest
autoexec.bat
FLASHSPI.exe
M68TS231.FC
they are incompatible with my system, what now?
i got the FC should i try FB or something?

nvm man i searched around the site and found an auto BIOS updater, worked well and easy
