input not supported in monitor

a problem come to my pc.upon servicing pc we get a message " input not supported" .

On booting with low resolution option (at asking for which option like safe mode,safe mode with networking,command prompt etc)i faces no problem.As time passes good clarity comes.Thanks for all who responded to the problem.
