What's this sound coming from my PC?

I bought everything new in december, the only thing that came deffective was the RAM and I already got the working replacement. I've ran various diagnostics on all of my hardware and everything seems to be working fine. My PC works without problems but that noise appears every few days, I rarely hear it but it does go off once in a while. I'm sure its not any of the fans because the last time it started doing the noise I stopped each fan with my fingers and the noise kept going on each try.

I cant see your vid currently(mobile internet) but is it the power supply?
Try a tap with your fingertips just above the psu to see if it stops the noise;
If it does, an rma might be in order.
