Getting artifacting, and strange shadows. The occasional BSOD

I have been experiencing strange glitches with shadows in almost all games since getting my new computer from IBUYPOWER a couple months ago; shadows would be jagged, or flicker in some cases. But lately I have been getting stuff more like this, http://www.twitch.tv/promisesplays/c/3692149. I have also gotten the rare BSOD, which I am assuming is related. I am running a GTX 760, no overclocking or anything, and I have downloaded MSI afterburner simply to use the automatic fan controller, along with temp monitoring. Overheating is not the issue, and I have the latest nvidia drivers. I am still in warranty, and am wanting to get a firm answer on if this requires an RMA (which I assume it does) or if in the more unlikely case, its something simple.
