Is Ioffer legit?

Hello I have recently been getting in to the sims 3 but i don't have all the DLC. Then i browsed something like the sims 3 expansions and found This: http://www.ioffer.com/i/the-sims-3-complete-collection-32gb-read-description-563153815

The following deal is all the expansions and cheaper than me buying only a single one.

Is this legit? Answers appreciated!

Judging from reviews it looks like it's mostly full of bootlegged items. I would probably avoid it.

If you can pay with paypal, then you can hold them accountable if it isn't the product you want. Ioffer doesn't seem to offer the level of quality of "buyer's protection" that flee-bay does, but Paypal will knock on anybody's door and break knees.
