Build expirence. Good or bad?

- Is this build good to: Streaming and high grapich games, like skyrim, assains creed and games like CS:GO and Call of duty?

This is the build:

Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 1600MHz 8GB

Intel Core i5-4670K

Cooler Master G750M, 750W PSU

WD® Desktop Black 1TB

MSI Z87-G43, Socket-1150

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB PhysX CUDA

And here is the extra things:
Screen; Asus 24" LED VN247H
Keyboard; SteelSeries 6G v2 Gaming keyboard

And cabinet: Corsair Carbide 300R Midi Tower Sort

Are you going to overclock your CPU?

No, why?

It's great for playing high graphics games, and that CPU will let you stream HD quality.

But if you're not going to overclock, get the non-K 4670. At stock speeds it is same as 4670k. You can buy an aftermarket cooler, if you want. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is a very good cooler.
