Will that graphics card handle bf4 and other games more graphic demanding? Also on pcpartpicker it says some parts could be incompatible. Is that true?

Gave you a better cpu and mobo for gaming, different case, good GPU and a PSU that can power everything. It's a little over $300 more but worth it.

Some yes, but board made after the release of vishera had updated bios, the 2.0 in the board name means it's had this revision. The 970 was being made before this CPU release, that's why some older ones have problems.

So i reviewed my build and came up with this. I chose the athlon x4 760k because it was cheaper. Would it be better to pay up and get the fx 6300?

The 6300 is better in gaming. If you were getting a GPU like an hd 7790 or gtx660, the 760k would be great, but ti will begin to strain when you pair it up with a more powerful GPU like the r9 270. The 6300 is really what you want for that GPU.
