Hello. I've never built a computer before and i'm looking to build one or buy one that will work for gaming. I'm an avid gamer and would like to be able to play games like WoW, DayZ, or Skyrim on it. I guess the only thing I care about is that it would need at least 8gb of ram and a 2.8g/hz processor or better. I'm also on a budget of about 900$. Do you think you could help me?

Can't see why not as far as help goes. First of all, check this tutorial out on building. It keeps it simple and is incredibly informative. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPIXAtNGGCw

As far as the actual hardware goes, here's a good example. It's the core components. No operating system, monitor or peripherals. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2QxAX

Thank you for being so helpful! I might tweak it a bit but that's exactly what I needed.

You're welcome to change anything. Just keep that XFX power supply as it's the best you can get for the price and it wipes the floor with some corsair and antec PSU's as it's made with highest quality components by the PSU gods Seasonic, keep the processor as it's currently best bang for buck, keep graphics card as it's at the moment the gamers sweet spot card the rest is up to you really
