currently i have a pc build with a i3-4130 Haswell CPU and a MSI GTX 660 2GB GPU. Ive been playin FFXIV and every now and then AC:Blackflag, TC:Splinter Cell Blacklist and NBA 2k14 on highest setting based off Nvidias GeForce Experience Optimal settings. Im looking into getting BF4 and i want to know if my specs will run it. I will be upgrading my CPU and GPU depending on which i will need 1st and im thinking CPU. Heres what ill be buying:

i5-4570 Haswell GPU and a GTX 760 2GB GPU (either MSI or EVGA)

Please provide some input. Thanks.

Yes the quad core CPU should be the first upgrade since it is a lot better than your i3 and the difference between the GTX 660 to 760 is not that significant.

thanks thats what i was going for just wanted to be sure. the 660 is MSI OC version and i can usually get a few more core clock and memory clock stats out of it when i do a overclock with afterburner but i figured the CPU was my limitation here.

i have a mini ITX mobo thats in a cooler master elite 120 case. the mini ITX mobo only supports one pci 2.0 16x slot and i choose that for the HTPC look. so no sli for me only one card support.

also meant to mention the reason for the upgrades are due to streaming on TWITCH and recoding game play via Nvidia Shadow play. I havent had any issues thus far but i can see FPS drops in the future from cpu hungry games. but i do appreciate the help with the decision. ive decided to go with the i5-4670K cause i found it much cheaper then the i5-4570 at a local retailer. going to get it today.
