Will Phenom II X6 1055T bottleneck AMD R9 270 ?

I'm going to change my HD6850 to R9 270 Sapphire (and I'd like to overclock it to ~1115/1450). Will my Phenom at stock clocks ( 2.8GHz ) with disabled turbo bottleneck this GPU ?
I'm mainly going to play: Battlefield 4, Witcher 3, Thief.

It should be fine with that gfx card. But I wouldn't disable turbo if you aren't O/C'ing the processor. What rez is your monitor?

All but the most graphically demanding games should be doable with that combination at 1080p. High end games like BF4 and C3 will need to have their settings backed off a bit, however. But a little bit of O/C'ing on that processor will help too.
