Need a little upgrade input re. replacement build.

Forgot all about this part of the forums, so this is also posted under components - where I usually 'hang out'. Sorry this is rather wordy.

The upgrade/replacement is for the classroom at the business where I am the Chief Instructor. It will NOT be used for any gaming, and probably not for any simulation training.
This is the current PC, and I have upgraded it by adding another 1 GB of Ram, which made a big improvement:

But W XP is about done, and the OS is having some problems which I haven't been able to correct, and don't feel like taking all the time to image WXP to a flash drive so as to fix the OS. It DOES run Word and Excel and other light-weight programs just fine. PDF files load very slowly: And streaming most YouTube video is usually iffy - some load and play just fine, most stop numerous times while playing or are out of sync (we do have actual high speed internet now, just got rid of AT&T dsl). The 'monitor' is now a 40++ inch t.v. at 1280X 1080 (might be a little better then that).

Obviously the 3 'builds' below will be faster, but I have some questions.
I have put together 3 builds in my wish list. To summarize: All three use AMD APU''s - A4-4000 in two of them, A4-6300 in one.
Cheapest build uses a Gigabyte A55 board and 4GB RAM, next uses an ASUS A55 board and 8GB RAM, the one with the 6300 uses an ASUS A88 Bolton board and 8GB RAM. Actual price spread is $255 - $355 with a new power supply.

So finally, my concerns: 1. Will any of these three builds have problems with streaming video content from YouTube or other appropriate web sites, or playing DVDs?

2. Should I try running the system with my old PC Power&Cooling 510SLI? This would save another $55. Just checked voltages with a multi-meter and all were well within spec.

Fellow forum members; I would like to order the parts today or at the latest Wed. 2/12, as I need it built by the first of next week if possible, so please tell me what you know or think as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance.

Your PSU is fine to reuse. If all you are looking for is a basic system that will do HD video well, an APU makes perfect sense. I would probably go with something like this.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD A10-7700K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($159.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75M PRO4+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($69.99 @ Microcenter)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $304.96
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Thanks for the reply. After testing the PSU I figured it would work well as the systems only require a max of about 220W. The build you posted is very nice, but I need to add a case and a DVD so those would put it well over $300: So here is the build from my wish list.

I used this case on my grandson's build and is quite nice for the price.

Please let me know what you think.

UPDATE, 2/11, 12:50PST Again thanks for your reply; glad someone finally gave me some help. Please, still, let me know what you think.
