Hey guys! So, finally got some money to build my very first computer. I'm looking to buy a serious gaming desktop that can run all the games now and will be able to hold its own 3-4 years down the line with at least medium-high graphics. I will definitely be doing a dual monitor set-up (x2 24" monitors 1920x1080), and will probably be going for a triple monitor set-up down the line (will probably add another GPU to handle the increased load). Budget is around $1500 - $2000 for purely the desktop.

Does it look good? Any advice for a first time builder? I went with a large computer case so I should have a lot of space to work with inside while I'm building it.

The RAM could go down to 8GB, but 16 is ok. The GPU is not the best though. Dual/Triple 1080p will bring it to it's knees on high settings. I would go for a 780ti of you can push it that far as the GK110 with 3GB VRAM doesn't mind high resolutions.
Also, if you live near a microcenter a 4670k+OK overclocking motherboard will be a $240 combo.

hmm, should have clarified I suppose.

1 1900x1090 monitor with my GTX 770 for now

triple monitors with dual GTX 770s down the road

would that work? Or would I need to spring for a higher GPU?

I know that my 770 is only ok with maxed settings at 1080p right now. Later the memory bandwidth on the 4GB model and the weaker core combined will kill it. If you are looking for a triple set up by later this year I would wait for the GTX 800 series, otherwise I only see dual or triple 780ti's for maxed out. A single 780ti will handle 3x1080p, but at high or medium by the end of the year, and 30 fps.
