Hey!

I would like opinion on this build that I'm working on. I'm a complete noob when it comes to making a pc. I have this so far:

Case:

HDD:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822149382

Motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822149382

Power supply:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153166

RAM:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231587

CPU:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113284

SSD:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820239045

GPU:

Liquid Cooling:

please let me know if the build needs something and if there will be any issues between the components. anywhere i can buy these cheaper than newegg.com? and if there is a cheaper product(any of the named above) that runs the same or better.

You might try selecting parts at http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ to see if you can find better prices. (or if you specify your budget I can try to come up with something for you)
The case is okay, though are you sure you need a full tower instead of a mid tower?
That Toshiba HDD seems to have an alarming number of bad reviews, you might consider a WD Caviar Blue or a Seagate Barracuda instead.
I can't tell what motherboard you're actually considering, because you re-used the link to the Toshiba HDD.
Thermaltake TR2 is not a good psu, see here: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
The RAM is from a good brand, but DDR3-2400 is questionable. Even FX-series cpus generally don't get a significant benefit past DDR3-2133 iirc.
The CPU is a good choice, though if your budget is high enough, Intel cpus are often better for a gaming rig.
The SSD looks like a good choice.
The price of the liquid cooling solution you selected makes me doubt it would even outperform a Hyper 212 EVO.
