You won't ever find anything that's prebuilt that will run his GPU well. It's really easy to build it, you can just watch a few Youtube videos that will learn you how to do it, and learn about everything you need to under half an hour, then build it in around an hour. Is an hour and a half worth a 40% discount to you ?
