Is there something I should change? I'm on a budget, about $1300 but for that I would also like to get it built for me (which would cost about $100) This would mostly be used for gaming, but also some rendering (not much) and use of programs. like photoshop.

As far as all the parts you picked, they are all nice and work well together. Save the $100 and put it together yourself tho..it's fun and not hard (although it may be intimidating at first..that goes away fast)..lots of videos out there to help you as well as the fine folks on here.
