I am building this PC for gaming at full HD and OC may be

- CPU fan: Cooler Master Blizzard T2 CPU Cooler
- Mother Board: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H LGA 1150
- Storage: Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB 7200 RPM SATA 6GB/s 64MB Cache
- Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB Solid-State Drive (SV300S37A)
- Ram: Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 2400MHz CL11 1.65V
- Optical drive: ASUS 24X DVD-RW DL Drive (DRW-24D3ST)
- GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC 4GB GDDR5 Windforce 3X
- Psu: Thermaltake Smart SE 730w
- Case: Cooler Master K280 K-Series Mid Tower
- Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster S22B300B 22 inch LED
I want to know your opinions and I am confused in choosing fan cooling or water cooling (Thermaltake Water 3.0 Performer Water Cooler) , GPU and psu I am choosing in GPU between the one in the build and SAPPHIRE R9 290 4GB and to know if the voltage of this psu enough if I used another GPU or not
