Does the graphics card fit in my computer?

I currently have a Geforce GT 220 and I'm thinking of upgrading to a Radeon HD 7770.
Does it fit in my computer?
If it doesn't, is there any other card that you recommend that will fit?

Lately I've been getting these things where my computer crashes while gaming with a loud buzz and the rest of the computer shuts down. Is it a power supply problem? Will it get worse if I change my graphics card?

Sounds like a short or PSU failure. I would upgrade the PSU. What is the PSU and case?
