HTPC buildup help

Hello All,
I am putting together my first HTPC. At present I have narrowed down to the following items:
- A6 6400k Fm2 1mb 65w 4100mhz Black Edition
- Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced Mini-Itx
- 250gb SSD (Have not decided on the brand)
- I need help with selecting a Motherboard; my requirements are as follows
Sata 3.0 ( 6gb/s) ports
HDMI ports
decent graphic card built-in to be able to support 1080 (however I will update some time in the future)

Please advise.
