Can my PC handle modern games?

Hi there, I've recently built my first PC and wondering if there's still something I should upgrade. I want to use it for gaming. specs are:
CPU: i5 3570k 3.8.
GPU: Gigabyte 7850 2GB oc.
Ram: 8 Kingston.
Mobo: gigabyte b75m-d3h,
power supply 600w.

They are strong enough to handle any modern game mostly on Ultra settings and definitely on High settings. I am assuming you have the rest of the components with you like SSD/HDD, computer case and dvd drive.

yes, I have 1 TB HDD and DVD drive. I'm happy as long as the machine is better than the consoles. thank you for your answer.

One extra note: If you have enough money at the moment and you are willing to use it maybe buy a SSD and use it as your main OS drive and the 1TB as the storage drive.
If not then maybe in the future. SSDs are faster than HDDs.
