How do i load my operating system on ssd and games on a hdd???

i recently bought a new gaming computer an a 168GB SSD, i also recently found out that wasnt enough space. now i am wondering how to move my games and everything else but the operating system to the HDD

Usually with games you can move the folder that they are under, but I don't know how to change install/download directory without manually doing it every time.
